Reading Time: < 1 minuteSeems that VMware Workstation has an issue when you build VM with multiple virtual NICs. This issue affect only version 10 of Workstation, previous version and VMware Player are not affected.
Actually seems that there isn’t yet any KB article, but there is a community thread with a full discussion about this bug and the temporally workaround.
Basically the solution is almost simple: don’t add the virtual interface when the VM is powered-off but only after that it has turn on.
In this way you will able to see all the additional NICs, otherwise the guest OS (also a virtual ESXi) will only see the first NIC.
