OpenIO is a startup founded in 2015 by a team of 7 co-founders, experts in mail and data infrastructures. The headquarter is located in Lille, France, and there is also an OpenIO office in San Francisco.

Their product OpenIO SDS is an interesting Object Storage solution very service and application oriented with several “connectors” for different cases.

They are growing quite fast and on September 13 they will host the second big event: OpenIO Summit 2018

This one-day event is focused on end-user experiences with lots of success stories and case studies presented by the people directly involved in the projects. OpenIO’s partners will show their integrations with the platform.

And will also be an opportunity to learn not only about the current release (OpenIO SDS 18.04), but also the newest features and future developments for the 18.10 release.

Educational sessions and technology deep dives will alternate with networking periods, roundtables, and 1-1 meetings, and the special guest Amita Potnis from IDC will give an overview of the market and its evolution.

The agenda seems to be really rich and dense of information:
