According with Product Lifecycle Matrix and KB 89305, VMware has officially declared, vSphere 6.5.x and vSphere 6.7.x will be End of General Support by October 15th 2022.

To maintain your full level of Support and Subscription Services, VMware recommends upgrading to vSphere 7.

Of course this mean plan carefully and check all the pre-requisites and compatibility matrix, including the availability of the vSphere 7.x licences!

Technical Guidance for vSphere 6.5 and vSphere 6.7 is available until November 15, 2023 primarily through the self-help portal. During the Technical Guidance phase, VMware does not offer new hardware support, server/client/guest OS updates, new security patches or bug fixes unless otherwise noted.
