VMware Explore 2024 Las Vegas has just finished, but what’s news?

Let’s start from some obvius things… first more Broadcom (and less VMware maybe) as you can see from the titles of the different press relases.

And seems less attendees (5000 was an un-official number, that seems very low compared to other edition of this event when was still called VMworld).

But there where also several announces:

• Broadcom Unveils the Future of VMware Cloud Foundation: VMware Cloud Foundation (VFC) 9 (not yet available, but just intruducted with its features)
• Broadcom Introduces VMware Tanzu Platform 10 to Accelerate Intelligent Application Delivery in the Private Cloud
• Broadcom Innovations Accelerate Enterprise Edge AI Readiness
• Broadcom Launches Rally Anywhere, the On-Premises Version of its Leading Enterprise Agility Platform
• VMware vDefend Innovations: Elevating Enterprise Lateral Threat Defense for the GenAI Era

If you can’t catch the live broadcast, don’t sweat it. You’ll be able to watch the general session and much more in our on-demand video library. All VMware Explore 2024 Las Vegas content will be live by Friday, August 30.  

Last but not least, VMware Explore US 2025 will be again at Las Vegas (again at The Venetian) from August 25 to 28!
