Introduction

The VCAP (VMware Certified Advanced Professional) certification is the next technical level after the VCP. There are two different paths (in the datacenter specialization):

  • VCAP-DCA (Datacenter Administration): Gain industry recognition for your technical leadership in the planning and administration of vSphere technologies.
  • VCAP-DCD (Datacenter Design): Gain recognition for technical leadership in data center design methodologies and principles of vSphere technologies.
