This is a certification specific for the Cloud Platform and the vCloud Director product and was launched some months ago (see the post: New VMware Certification: VCP5-IaaS).

There is no mandatory course (the only requirement is already be a VCP5), but it’s suggested the VMware vCloud: Deploy and Manage [V1.5] course.

It can be used also for the Cloud Competency in the VMware Partner Program, but it’s not enough (a course it’s also required).
