VMware announce the recertification policy

Reading Time: 3 minutesVMware has introduced a new certification policy (is effective as of March 10, 2014) that require a re-certification every two years. Actually this does not differ too much from other vendor’s technical certifications. Note that, at least in this phase, this only apply to VCP certifications (and not like other have written also to VCAP or VCDX): VMware is implementing a recertification policy for VCP certification. Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) Course

Reading Time: 3 minutesVeeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) certification is a way to demonstrate that an engineer possesses the necessary level of expertise to correctly architect, implement and configure Veeam Software Solutions. It’s a new certification announced by Veeam some month ago in order to bring a technical certification level in the existing partner’s related certifications (sales and technical pre-sales), similar at the (initial) certifications in the VMware partners program. It will also become mandatory for Veeam’s partners. Note that each VMCE is related to a major version of Veeam products.
