Scality HALO provides customers continuous uptime for their managed private cloud storage environments and delivers transformative analytics to help streamline business operations.
Using this service, Scality guarantees 100 percent uptime for private cloud storage environments, due to the constant moniting and by providing a comprehensive dashboards with 100s of useful diagnostic metrics, monitoring system level statistics, component processes, memory, disk and many other key elements.
Note that Scality was already providing a 100% uptime for several customers, due to the design of their infrastructure, but with this service is now prossible prove and guarantee it.

Scality HALO continuously monitors customer environment in real time and provides predictive analytics to ensure storage systems are performing optimally. It provides intuitive, user-friendly visualisation of events, proactive fault and incident detection, configuration assistance and system health checks. The Scality HALO system is a smart learning system which uses previous system behavior to define predictive range KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). These KPIs can then detect aberrations in the storage environment before they become problematic. Automatic alerts are triggered to notify key personnel who can proactively respond and maintain continuous uptime. Scality HALO comes in two program levels, a full-featured DCS edition and a Standard version. The Standard version is available to all Scality customers for free and includes up to 15 diagnostic metrics.
Scality HALO premium with 100 percent availability guarantee is available to all Scality Dedicated Care Service customers through the company’s alliance partners and global network of ISVs and resellers. The standard entry-level version is included in Scality’s standard support package.
