Reading Time: 2 minutesDuring holidays, reading some books could be a pleasure but also a moment of growth and deepening. And if you want to learn more on VMware vSphere 6.7 which book could be used?

Reading Time: 3 minutesAs announced one month ago, after the Mastering VMware vSphere 6.5 book I was working on a new book project, still based on vSphere 6.5, but this time focused on the VCP6.5-DCV exam. Still, with Packt, the title of the new book is: Data Center Virtualization Certification: VCP6.5-DCV Exam Guide

Reading Time: 2 minutesFunny but related to VMware vSphere 6.5 there aren’t much books and there is nothing specific from VMware Press. There is good documentation from VMware with the new site well structured and very clean (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/index.html), as usual, there are a lot of good KB article, some online resources, but no official books.

Reading Time: < 1 minuteThe Mastering VMware vSphere 6.5 book is on the shelves from the end of December 2017 and it’s going quite good, considering that it was my book. Now I can announce a new book project that it’s almost complete and in the final review stage: still based on vSphere 6.5, the book is focused on VCP6.5-DCV exam.

Reading Time: 2 minutesVMware vSphere 6.7 is in GA since April 2018 (see this post) and the know issues are quite limited. Most of the other VMware and 3rd party products have reach the compatibility this this new release. For example, recently, also Veeam Backup & Replication support for vSphere 6.7 with the new 9.5 update 3a patch.

Reading Time: 5 minutesAs written in a previous post, some months ago, I’ve started a huge personal project that consumes all my spare free time. This project was a new book on VMware vSphere 6.5, really ambitious considering that will be a “Mastering” book, but the title and part of the content were not negotiable with the editor. Finally, the book Mastering VMware vSphere 6.5 is done and it’s now available on Packt site (and in the future also on Amazon).
