The Microsoft MCSE for Private Cloud Certification is one of the “new” MCSE path introduced in Apr 2012.
This certification is one of the first specific for cloud competency and will replace all previous MCITP certifications related to virtualization.
Actually the requiments to gain this certifications are:
- Held a MCSA: Windows Server 2008 or MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification
- Pass Exams 70-246
- Pass Exam 70-247
Actually is not clear until which date will be accepted also the MCSA: Windows Server 2008, but according with the note on the MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 certification, we could expect until January 31, 2014.
More interesting is that until January 31, 2013, Exam 70-659 may be taken in place of 70-247 to count towards the Private Cloud certification.
