Reading Time: 3 minutes Arrcus emerges from stealth and has launched and released its first product: ArcOS, an independent, open, Linux-based, hardware agnostic network operating system. ArcOS is a high-quality alternative to vertically integrated OEMs, to meet and exceed the modern smart network infrastructure requirements. ArcOS is a fully programmable, microservices-based network operating system built from first principles. Based on Debian Linux, it is an open system that can be easily integrated with other Linux distributions as well.

Reading Time: 3 minutes Some weeks ago, somebody as ask me how was going the Mastering VMware vSphere 6.5 book, so I’ve collect some stats from the published and from Amazon. This book was the first authoring experience not only for me, but also for the other authors (Paolo Valsecchi, from the blog http://nolabnoparty.com/, and Karel Novak, a VCI and VMUG leader from CZ, both also Veeam Vanguard).

Tintri future is cloudy

Reading Time: 3 minutes Tintri has laid off 80 per cent of its staff, including its top sales bod, leaving just 40 to 50 staff behind, however it still expects to run out of cash on June 30. And there are a lot of rumors with impending news of bankruptcy. That’s not good at, considering the history of the company and the quality of their products.
