The closing of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions. Frame is a true pay-as-you-go EUC cloud platform — you are charged for infrastructure that you actually used. Compare this to a traditional fixed-cost VDI model, where resources are provisioned for peak capacity even though you don’t need them 99% of the time.
