Runecast Analyzer is a proactive issue detection software for VMware vSphere environments, powered by the largest database of automated VMware KB articles which feed its internal archive of known issues.

It’s based on a virtual appliance (VA) that you can deploy in your environment (or also on a different environment) to check your vSphere (and also vSAN and NSX) environments.

Runecast Analyzer 2.5 has added VMware Horizon support that now, with the COVID-19 situation, can be a great option to validate and check your VDI environment.

Smartworking has become a new standard in those days, and, for this reason, Runecast is providing a free Runecast Analyzer trial with full VMware Horizon insights enabled – for EVERYONE – until 15 September 2020.

Many companies’ infrastructures are not ready for remote work. And since organizations globally are enabling safer remote working options to help control the spread of the novel COVID-19, Runecast want to assist by providing free licenses for Horizon issues analysis and remediation.

A similar initiative was for using Runecast to check Meltdown and Spectre bug.

Who this applies to

Any organization running VMware Horizon, that needs better tools or solutions for visibility into VMware Horizon environments (for remote office enablement).

How it works

This configuration will be offered to everyone effective immediately.

After the standard Runecast Analyzer free 14-day trial, Horizon issues analytics will continue to be valid until 15 September 2020.
