Linus Torvalds ha annunciato oggi il rilascio della versione ufficiale del kernel Linux 6.10, l’ultima versione stabile del kernel.

- Memory Sealing “mseal” System: protezione della memoria da modifiche non desiderate.
- Kernel Control Flow Integrity (KCFI): migliora la sicurezza con nuove configurazioni di hardening
- Trusted Platform Module (TPM2): TPM2 bus encryption e integrity protection
- Miglioramente della cifratura AES-XTS su processori Intel e AMD
- Multi-size THP NUMA balancing
- Supporto esteso al linguaggio Rust all’interno del kernel per RISC-V
