EMC and VMware combine their cloud services

Reading Time: 6 minutesUno dei miti del public cloud è che sia vantaggioso rispetto ad altre soluzioni. Quante volte avete sentito dire che la PMI deve spostarsi su servizi di tipo public cloud? Perché sono più convenienti o perché risparmia. La verità è molto più articolata: il public cloud permette veramente di passare da un modello senza alcun CapEx iniziale (anche se poi non è vero dato che vi sono alcuni servizi comprabili in modalità “semitradizionale”) ad un modello totalmente OpEx e basato normalmente su una tariffazione mensile a consumo effettivo.
