Zerto aveva annunciato la nuova versione 3.0 di Zerto Virtual Replication (ZVR) durante l’ultimo VMware Partner Exchange. Ora tale versione è finalmente disponibile per l’utilizzo in public, private e hybrid cloud.

Oltre alle funzionalità di di gestione di RPO e RTO, alla semplicità e alla scalabilità, la nuova versione ZVR 3.0 include varie funzioni utili per il disaster recovery, la data protection e la migrazione di workload.

Novità della versione 3.0:

  • Single VMware vCenter Support: Disaster Recovery for remote and branch office (ROBO) workloads
  • Recovery Validation: ZVR has the unique capability to test a specific failover point before committing it, ensuring successful failover
  • Enhanced Reporting: Adhere to audit requirements with failover reports; additional reports for recovery resource planning and performance
  • Web-based management: Manage from anywhere with a browser-based UI
  • Full support of heterogeneous environments: different vSphere versions, different storage, or a combination of vCloud and vCenter
