Per quest’ultimi esiste la VCDX directory, che permette di risalire facilmente ad ogni persona certificata, ma per i VCP e VCAP(/VCIX) non esiste un simile elenco. All’inizio era abbastanza semplice, poiché per ogni persona certificata VCP, VCAP (e anche VCDX) esistema un numero seriale e progressivo che identificava univocamente il candidato. Ma da un po’ di tempo (vedere il nuovo VMware-ID) il numero non è più progressivo (rimane per i soli VCDX).
