Reading Time: 3 minutesRed Hat ha annunciato di aver siglato un accordo definitivo per l’acquisizione di CoreOS, uno dei leader di mercato nelle soluzioni Kubernetes e container-native, per $250 milioni, importo soggetto ad aggiustamenti in fase di chiusura che non si prevede siano materiali. La transazione – che si perfezionerà a gennaio 2018 – dovrebbe impattare materialmente il quarto trimestre fiscale di Red Hat che si chiude il 28 febbraio 2018.
